• Leading the resort team including Rooms, Security, Spa, Kids Club and Engineering to maximize efficiency and achieve key targets.
• Personally, meet and interact with guests, ensuring the highest possible standards and guest experience in line with Jumeirah’s Brand.
• Handle and solve guest feedback on the spot, review all written guest comments and follow up on any guests needs.
• Effectively control expenses through actively participating in all areas of the resort operation.
• Take on responsibility of the CSR programs and initiatives at the resort and within the community
• Standing in for the General Manager where required, monitoring and reviewing revenue reports, analysing results and taking action when necessary.
• Ensure that the operational departments work effectively as one team to provide a luxury service across the resort.
• Maintain positive working relationship with key stakeholders including corporate office and asset management.
