Job Description
Perform routine maintenance.
Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
Monitor the cleanliness and safety of facility, both interior and exterior.
Schedule routine inspections and as-needed repairs with outside vendors.
Write reports on inspections, maintenance, repairs, safety and any other events.
Collaborate with building owners and management on facilities budgeting.
