• Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights
• Creating metrics, reports and data visualization that influence the Exports and Global Store business segment
• Responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of various benchmarking initiatives highlighting customer pain points and ways to work with the right stakeholders
• Analytical skills to break down complex problems, and a strong will to get things done and deliver results
• Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making
• Proactively identify opportunity areas for deep dive investigations and future program development
• Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of both structured and unstructured data to help automate and optimize key processes
• to improve product features to drive improved customer experience for exports and Global store customers
• Define the business problem and solution approach autonomously with limited guidance
• Design and execute analytic projects in collaboration with business (including product management team), data engineering and business analysts
• Partner with data engineering teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights
