PM Trans ACES & Sustainability

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders to secure resources for projects and provide support for other initiatives as needed.
• Travel to sites to evaluate and ensure compliance of improvement initiatives.
• Develop metrics and set up tools to measure operational performance as part of the business growth.
• Review and analyze customer defect data and develop corresponding action plans to reduce/improve.
• Drive continuous improvement program for Line Haul across Middle East
• Use lean techniques to root cause process deviations and develop countermeasures for these deviations.
• Drive objectives of sustainable growth across ATS
• Develop and execute action plans that increase quality, inventory accuracy and service.
• Drive cost saving projects from start to finish.
