Responsibilities:
• Strong ownership and must be able to solve problems and deliver result with ambiguous information and minimal direction in a cross functional environment.
• Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a strong focus on quantitative results.
• Demonstrated capability and willingness to own and solve problems with ambiguous information and little direction.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools).
• Experience managing large business-critical portfolios with a global impact.
• Good creativity and judgment: Able to identify and evaluate potential risks/obstacles with minimal assistance and determine corrective action.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, diverse customers and audiences, across multiple disciplines and teams.
