• Coordinating and compiling information from various disciplines (Planning, Design, Infrastructure).
• Prepare client presentations and content.
• Good knowledge of data collection and research capabilities and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to understand land use, context, concept and detailed maps to be able to develop a narrative accordingly/SWOT analysis.
• Experience in developing city visioning, theming, and benchmarking.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination is a plus.
• Experience in policy development and governance is a plus.
• Understanding of planning the MENA region especially KSA in the GCC area.
• Team work and collaboration within a team/dedication to meet client deadlines.
