• Develop and drive the CRM strategy; bring the over-arching store & online activation to life via a progressive omni-channel strategy.
• Utilize customer data and insights, based on consumer shopping behavior, and best articulate strategies, at a campaign level for each of the operating markets in GCC.
• Manage the execution of campaigns along with building segments, creating target databases, and position opportunities to grow the size of the customer database & A/B testing for better responsiveness on the marketing funnel.
• Lead all consumer research projects as per the key business objectives – Prepare proposals, and brief research partners and project management to ensure adherence to timelines and quality of output.
• Manage the CRM budget and track ROI performance, at a campaign & market level. Provide periodic analysis and recaps to the business teams.
• Create weekly, monthly & yearly CRM campaign strategies, in alignment with Regional Teams, to support their respective trade marketing plans.
• Develop personalized communication for customers using SMS, Email, push notifications, etc., and execute them using various CRM tools & platforms.
• This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Digital & Performance Marketing team, Regional Marketing Teams, Retail team, Shukran Membership team, Analytics team & the MIS team.
