Responsibilities:
• Jira and Confluence
• Visio
• Any BPM tools
• Any software testing and QA tools
Functional Competencies:
• Good financial knowledge to discuss and liaise with financial team.
• Excellent in team collaboration and team handling.
• Strong experience in Requirement gathering, GAP analysis, Business process modeling.
• Good Documentation skills to prepare deliverables using AIM methodology.
• Quick learner, effective troubleshooter with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in writing FRD/SRS documents and user stories
• Experience in writing test cases/use cases
