Our client is a multinational free zone manufacturer of mechanical components for Oil & Gas and Power Plant industries.
They are currently recruiting a native Arabic OR French OR Russian OR Hindi speaking graduate having 3-5 years of sales coordination experience.
You must have the ability to multitask (if required), learn and also support and carry out office administration responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing quotations, invoices, receipts and providing accurate information to customers.
- Provide all sales support to the technical, sales and management staff.
- Accurately translating documents to and from English.
- Managing office administration and secretarial tasks, such as communicating with free zone authorities on all agreements, contracts, visa etc.
- Maintaining lease contracts for apartments, vehicles and office purchases.
- Facilitating payments and collections though direct bank interaction and online access.
- Ensuring shipping document are sent and received by customers.
- Communicating with HQ on delivery and documentation of components for customers.
Requirements
- Native Arabic OR French OR Russian OR Hindi speaker
- Must be a graduate - degree is mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and Power Point
- Fluent is English
- Ability to learn and take on new responsibilities
