• Act as the singlepoint of contact within Jumeirah for each assigned Dubai Cluster key accounts.
• Produce and implementan account development plan for each Dubai cluster key account to achievemaximum revenue in both short and long term.
• Execute the annual commercial planof the Dubai Cluster Sales team within area of responsibility.
• Monitor and feedbackcompetitors activities and respond to them appropriately.
• Maintain high profilenetwork across designated area of coverage, actively prospects and hunt newbusiness opportunities.
• Continuously sourcenew business through research of local media and market intelligence.
• Attend overseas tradeshows, key client events, FAM trips and sales trip as planned and submitted atthe beginning of each year and updated calendar at each quarter.
• Be fully up to datewith budgeted/actual/forecast targets of the Dubai cluster as well as ownsegment and individual target.
• Responsible to continuouslysecure below and above the line marketing opportunities to position the brandand drive sales.
• Develop and maintaina close working relationship with GSO's and SBU's.
• Assist and introduceJumeirah Hotels Sales & Marketing teams to area of coverage/responsibilityand identified customer group when requested.
• Identifyand communicate ideas and customer expectations from assigned segments andterritory.
• Maintainan accurate profiles and history of all accounts within Jumeirah Connect.
• Supportadministration duties in the absence of the sales coordinator
