Leverage sound knowledge, consultation, and influencing skills to aid Global Caterpillar Dealers in attracting and hiring qualified best-in-class talent through innovative and proven talent acquisition strategies
Clearly defining our competitive advantage in the technician recruiting and retention space
Understanding & supporting dealer recruiting and retention tactics and needs
Provide best practices, and market trends to support the objectives of the Caterpillar Dealers globally
Provide direction, guidance, and thought leadership to Global Caterpillar Dealers regarding technician recruitment & retention
Engage Caterpillar dealers globally in their Employee Insights survey processes as well as their Technician Retention surveys and related tools
Support best practice sharing among the dealer HR communities relative to organizational development, people practices, technician recruiting, and retention
Leading & hosting monthly collaboration forums with dealer HR partners and bi-monthly tactical planning sessions with dealer recruitment network
Partner with the Global Caterpillar District Office partners to achieve business results
Serve as liaison contact amongst Global Caterpillar Dealers within the HR space
