Architect

Were looking for an Architect for a growing Dubai studio that can grow with the business. You should have a background working on residential and commercial projects and large-scale projects.

This individual should have in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with all associated teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and budget. You should have previous experience in quality assurance checked on site to ensure regulations are being followed correctly

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master s Degree in Architecture and preferably RIBA
  
• A strong portfolio with a 6 + years of work experience as an Architect
  
• In-dept understanding of Revit and / or ArchiCAD software is a MUST
  
• Knowledge of all phases of construction and project completion
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  
• Excellent time management and resource programming
  
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards of the UAE
  
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design and practice software (InDesign, Photoshop)
  
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
  
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
  
• Communication and project management skills
  
• Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills
  
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical
