• Support HR Leadership team with recruitment and L&D initiatives as required
• Assist with the effective implementation of HR and Training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accommodation Leadership team to ensure seamless experience for all employees
• Ensure communication rhythms at departmental and hotel level are maintained. Attend Departmental meetings and give HR updates.
• Schedule and implement monthly HR Departmental Meeting. Give status report to highlight the current status of HR Engagement activity. Give recommendations for improvement and assign tasks where required
• Act as internal advisor for HR related concerns incl. Grievance process, accommodation related concerns.
