- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials or similar industry with a reputation as a go getting achiever and highly self-motivated
- Demonstrate a successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry and form work suppliers with architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction / furniture - related retail businesses in the UAE/GCC region.
- Successful client account management.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and new business customers through sales visits.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions orconferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years UAE experience in Building materials, pipes, sanitary, construction equipments
- Must have UAE Driving license
- Graduate in Business Administration
