Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to work on a large scale, iconic, high-rise project in the heart of Dubai.
Were looking for a Senior Site Architect to join the site supervision team and act as the go between, liaising with the client representatives, contractors, site engineers and sub-contractors on all architectural work.
Youll be required to perform the following tasks and should have previous experience in:
Minimum Bachelors in Architecture Minimum of 15 years experience. UAE Society of Engineers membership. Fluent in Arabic and English Experienced in Facades and the external envelop of a building. Be able to demonstrate the ability to review construction drawings and documents in compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense regulations. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project and Aconex

Youll be required to perform the following tasks and should have previous experience in:
- Attending coordination meetings with the project team, client, contractors, sub-contractors and stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate meetings with the entire architectural team to resolve and/or clarify any project issues.
- Ensure that the project and submissions are on time.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, material inspections, requests for information, etc, in line with the contract and specifications.
- Liaise with the contractor and site inspectors to make sure the project complies with QA/QC.
- Support LEED Engineer with material approvals and subsequent submissions.
- Monitor progress and site activities in liaison with the site inspectors.
- Liaise with local authorities regarding any issues
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors in Architecture
- Minimum of 15 years experience.
