• Ensure consistency and application of best practices across countries in the execution of HR processes and policies
• Support the coordination of employee mobility; guide teams on company policies and processes related to promotions, transfers, and role changes
• Conduct exit interviews and provide findings/ suggestions for improvement based on the feedback
• Develop and expedite recommendations to CoEs to improve and streamline HR processes based on employee and manager experience
• Be the point of contact for employees and line managers re. general HR questions and concerns
• Handle workplace complaints, conduct investigations, propose disciplinary measures where appropriate in accordance with noon policies, and trigger escalations when needed
• Work closely with the Assistant Manager – Policies, the UAE People Services team, and the Talent Acquisition team on improvement of existing policies to ensure excellent customer service is provided to the business and employees
• Understand and explain HR policies, procedures, and processes to provide accurate guidance to employees and managers
• Conduct regular visits to various offices/locations for interaction with the teams
• Built quarterly, biannual and annual dashboards to reports on People Data. Propose solutions/improvements where required
