• Be responsible for maintaining the noon brand purpose, image and integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications
• Work independently and use your professional judgment to manage the day-to-day details of projects
• Drive an annual calendar of brand activations and co-marketing activity to support the overall growth strategy
• Help build and execute brand and communication strategies for key categories, focused on drive consumer engagement and category sales growth
• Collaborate with the consumer insight teams to ensure categories customer insights are translated into robust strategies and tactics linked to specific metrics
• Keep up to date with market developments, consumer trends and competitor strategies
