• Lead the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, arranging for interviews and onboarding. Conduct interviews shortlisting candidates based on requirements from the job description. Define packages for certain positions.
• Manager the induction and orientation of all new recruits.
• Coordinate the immigration and visa requirements.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of HR procedures and policies in line with the market best practices and company's objectives. Monitor the proper implementation of procedures on the ground.
• Deliver HR initiatives and projects to support the business needs and strategy, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development organizational change, and compensation & benefits.
• Guide and coach the managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with the Company policies and best practices, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management.
• Lead the compensation and benefits key initiatives and projects.
• Advise the supervisors and employees on the more straightforward and routine aspects of compensation and benefits.
• Together with the business leaders, identify training needs and organize the training programs to ensure maximum efficiency and safety for all employees.
• Establish and implement in house and external training programs for all categories of staff in technical and non-technical areas in coordination with the business leaders.
