Job Description
Responsibilities:
• To load luggage in cars and taxis for departing guests ensuring a polite manner and a courteous farewell.
• To maintain a record of the car/taxi number plate for departing guests.
• To maintain an accurate record of check-in and checkout guests.
• To keep the main door and ashtrays immaculately clean at all times.
• To deliver the morning newspapers in the rooms.
• To supervise traffic and the parking of vehicles at the main entrance.
• To ensure that the car park and main entrance is clean and tidy and that the hotel’s driveway is free of traffic.
