Job Description
Our client, a well-known retail company, is urgently looking for a Project Coordinator who will work in their Dubai branch. Reporting to the Project Manager, this person will act as a bridge between the operation, sales, and the client. The job holder will be responsible for:
- Collecting documents from clients and sharing them with the sales and production team
- Following up with a client, when needed
- Assisting the project manager for smooth operation of the project from conceptualization to implementation stage
- Collecting reports from production and updating the salesperson
- Should have the knowledge of designing & layout customization as per the client needs
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the person should meet the following criteria:
- a degree holder of any related course
- should have at least 2 years in project management
- good command of English language
- should be able to start immediately
- willing to work in a retail shop
