Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer behavior using browse & sales data
• Build models to create customer cohorts, predict the churn
• Work closely with retention & conversion managers to improve retention & conversion on app/web
• Work with the data engineering team to ensure the availability of desired data in the databases
• Provide product feature improvement insights
• Run A/B testing experiments on the app along with the conversion manager
• Help category teams in optimizing the pricing & assortment by providing data backed insights
• Lead & mentor a team on analysts
