• Training Transguard employees on Lean Six Sigma concept and mentoring LSS projects at all levels.
• Designing the digital transformation roadmap closely with the IT Team to identify strategic processes (from level 1,2 & 3) with a view to automate.
• Managing process and people throughout the change lifecycle
• Report project / change related progress including escalation if needed.
• Following DMAIC methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Governing Lean Six Sigma framework across the company.
• Modeling business processes (level 4,5 & 6) to translate them into technical solutions.
• Providing companywide communication related to strategic changes
• Following and supporting the Transguard Business Process & Quality Governance.
• Taking the ownership of IT implementations with regards to process change. -Effectively managing a project team as well as key stakeholders
