Our client is a leading educational organization in art who is searching for qualified talent to join their firm:
- Maintain and grow the organizations prospect database.
- Develop and implement a lead generating strategy toachieve or surpass monthly or yearly goals.
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client
- Identify decision makers amongst the inbound/outbound leads in order to start the sales process.
- Collaborate with the BU Heads, the Accounts Manager, and the Sales Manager to identify key sales strategy.
- Make monthly report about sales performance.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
- Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research
- Other tasks are required by line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business-related field, preferably Business Management or Marketing Management
- At least 2+ years of work experience in business development.
- Experience in Education industry in Vietnam, both public and private sector, B2B is an advantage
- Experience with a start-up organisation is a plus
- Fluent English Language
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Confident, enthusiastic, hard working, very good presentation skills, ability to multitask, dedicated, hardworking
