• You will be responsible for installations, start-ups, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and updates/upgrades of all products within your area of expertise and assist with other products under supervision.
• You will follow operative advice of the Customer Care Center and execute all service activities assigned to you in an adequate and appropriate manner.
• You will support established service processes and ensure optimal performance in all activities within your area of responsibility.
• You will manage escalations of incidents according to the defined parameters and inform the Customer care Center on all escalated issues.
• You will be responsible for reporting any customer complaints with proper documentation.
• You will ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment and report the usage on any related service report.
• You will follow national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthineers.
• You will drive highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthineers, Customer Services.
• You will ensure that all responsibilities and jobs are performed as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account.
