• Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
• Specific Portal upkeep for Ventia and daily activities and invoicing
• Development and maintenance of documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Operations Manager
• Management of site spares and specific purchase orders
• Responsible for Weekly, monthly, Open Jobs, customer reports. Meeting minutes, as required.
• Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives, (open calls Planned maintenance completion customer surveys, HSE amongst others)
• Managing Team & Contractor security clearances
