Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Long term schedule for In Line inspection of the pipelines.
• 3 yearly Close Interval Potential Survey (CIPS) and Direct Current Voltage Gradient (DCVG) tests on the pipeline CP System.
• Quarterly Pipe-Soil-Potential (PSP) checks on the CP System along with health checks on the Transformer-Rectifier (TR) units and Anode Beds.
• Periodic Checks as per manufacturers’ recommendations for Pumps, Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), instrumentation, etc.
• Pipeline Management System: Put in a place and implement a documented Pipeline Management System in line with POF (Pipeline Operators Forum) guidelines and Chevron Pipeline operating and maintenance Standards.
