Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire anSenior Manager - Marine & Coastal who will be responsible to coordinate the work between all aspects of a marine design. They will be managing and administrating design risks through different design stages, monitoring project execution and quality plans implementation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, execute the projects as per the enviornmental standards.
-Review and assess marine conceptual and final design deliverables
- Analyse technical reports
- Provide technical support to project management during all project stages
- Identify projects risks and develop mitigation plans
- Mentor project staff and ensure the delivery of quality work
- Preparation and/or review of Request for Proposals, Employers Requirements, Design Documents and Specifications.
- Working on multi-discipline projects of architectural and marine environmental significance. Multi-disciplinary experience to include understanding marine structures and coastal engineering design interfaces with master planning, architecture, buildings/structures, landscaping, civil infrastructure & MEP, executive architects, environment and sustainability.
- Execute the business plans related to the Marine/Infrastructure design function to achieve department objectives.
-Build and lead integrated design process by setting design values and objectives, managing Consultant and/or Contractor performance, and providing ongoing feedback to meet the functional challenges and goals.
-Monitor the progress and completion of the structural aspects of projects through their development lifecycle to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil/Structural/Marine Engineering or related university degree
- 5 to 10 years of experience in GCC prefered
- Experience withMarine structural design software and tools
- Good knowledge on project Management
