You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Interacts with relevant stakeholders to develop, engages and leads supplier relationships for extracting the greatest value in supplier quality, total cost effectiveness, enhanced service levels, risk management, sustainability, and innovation. Manages the ongoing performance of Marketing suppliers including performance against the SLAs and suppliers’ evaluations, audits and qualification.
• Manages contracts, contract negotiation, pre-negotiate and incorporate terms, conditions, key performance indicators, and service level metrics into vendor contracts.
• Ensures business process efficiency, and process improvement in line with Procurement strategy to empower the business as strategic partners.
• Creates and maintains good relationships with the vendors.
• Maintains and updates a list of Vendors and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Establishes effective internal customer relationship management by maintaining timely & professional communication with the team & business peer.
• Works with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.
• Timely generation/ updating of management report(s)
