Job Description
Responsibilities:
• To review the Subcontractors Planning and actual work progress.
• Prepare Bidding schedule for the Projects during Tendering Stage
• Analyze Planning data as required to achieve time based and resource based schedule
• To create Work Break Down Structures suitable to the program of the Project
• To maintain progress data on assigned Project and to prepare progress reports and Forecasting Systems of Projects
• Monitor and update the Engineering deliverable and Trackers.
• Monitor and update the Construction schedule and Trackers
• Monitor and update the Procurement deliverables and Trackers
• Microplans and work schedules for key major activities
• To produce the Project resource Plan as required.
