• Leads the development of job descriptions for all roles in flydubai ensuring that they are appropriately documented and evaluated.
• Ensures that all roles are mapped to flydubai's behavioural competencies and assists in the development of SMART objectives.
• Acts as the custodian of all job descriptions and provides key advice to internal / external stakeholder on job roles.
• Conducts annual and adhoc benchmarking of roles to ensure that flydubai remains an employer of choice.
• Completes various surveys that provide market data and insights.
• Works with Manpower Planning to design of KPIs for each Department to help with the annual manpower planning and design.
• Provides key input into the development of key HR processes and assists in the design of various forms to achieve this objective.
• Assists in the annual merit increase / promotion process and budget.
• Conducts periodic audits on analysis on various rewards related structures and recommended changes where required.
• Reviews latest trends to Rewards practices and keeps abreast of any labour requirements.
• Assists in the design and updtae of flydubai's HR policies.
• Designs and maintains a dashboard of key HR metrics and identifies any deviations from norms
