• Develop and implement the commercial strategy by channel across the retailer/customer portfolio, drive market share gains and be accountable for P&L by client (up to CC).
• Manage a shopper and retailer centric relationship with top retailers, through account planning and by engaging cross-functional teams for joint business plans.
• Build the right commercial structure, adapted to the size and potential of the business and develop, coach and retain talented profiles of the commercial team.
• Ensure excellence in go-to market, distribution built up and penetration of our product portfolio. Ensure efficiency of the field force.
• Enhance shopper experience by introducing innovative category projects and securing the best in class service through Beauty advisors management.
• Develop and implement the right commercial processes for turnover built up and visibility (business planning, daily sales follow up, sales policy compliance)
• Activate commercial capabilities to support e-commerce acceleration.
