• Legibly complete requisition for additional supplies/materials and submit to Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain complete knowledge of: hotel and housekeeping offerings for the guest.
• Print designated reports and distribute accordingly.
• Manage the duty allocations of the team members after laisioning with the housekeeping supervisors and the hotel occupancy.
• Review designated in-house guest list and be familiar with guests’ names and room locations.
• Access all functions of computer software in accordance with departmental specifications.
• Maintain updated resource materials on all vendors and information to accommodate guest inquiries.
• Monitor and track status of out of order rooms; update accordingly.
• Set up the department office with necessary supplies, maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
• Update room status report in accordance with departmental procedures.
