• Engage with stakeholders and assist in driving HR initiatives for employee engagement in consultation with Senior Management.
• Identify areas that impact employee relations and drive improvement.
• Coordinate with the business units, employees and relevant HR functions to ensure SLA’s are maintained for employee requests, queries, visa process, final settlements etc.
• Be the primary point of contact for employee issues and drive these to resolution.
• Handle disciplinary discussions, employee grievances and guide the line managers on these matters in line with company policy and UAE labor law.
• Ensure HR matters are handled consistently in line with company policy and UAE labor law.
• Ensure monthly payroll checks are done and guide the line managers on the process.
