Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established ready-mix plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Manager who will be responsible for directing and managing the organizations business activities and for developing and implementing effective business strategies and programs.
- Overseeing daily business operations and also bringing in new business.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Developing strong departmentsteams to tap into the required markets and deliver on the expectations.
- Manage budgets, expenses, pricing, and other commercial arrangements
- Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the products and the quality.
- Ensuring that the organizations is compliant when it comes to the obligations set.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role with a Multinational Ready-Mix companies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized
