Job Description
- Review transactions setup for revenue recognition and billing in NetSuite;
- Support M&A activities for revenue related areas including integration;
- Manage billing and all customer related tasks and inquiries;
- Responsible for SSP analysis and revenue recognition memos;
- Review sales arrangements to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and accounting standards;
- Manage revenue and deferred revenue analysis;
- Manage quarterly review and annual audit elated to revenue and billing;
- Manage Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and participate in SOX testing as needed;
- Assist with all revenue related areas of SEC reporting;
- Support FP&A by providing revenue/billing analysis and reports as needed;
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required;
- This position will manage revenue/billing operation with 2-3 direct reports;
- Manage revenue allocation for multi-element arrangements;
- Manage month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
