Oversee processing of customer orders, with a focus on implementing scalable tools for growth.
Identify, measure, and document existing processes and operational improvement opportunities within channel.
Manage order and invoice processes and collaborate with the Finance team to identify and establish process improvements.
Perform support functions related to new and existing orders.
Interact daily with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth and accurate shipment of customer orders.
Collaborate with stakeholders across global Square offices, ensuring projects and partnerships are executed correctly and on time.
Support retail partner managers to operationalize new programs & merchandising campaigns.
Work closely with supply and demand planners to ensure customer needs and requirements are consistently met.
