• Work with, and influence, the WW and Emerging marketing teams.
• Develop integrated campaigns in the following mediums: TV, OOH, Social, Digital, Online video, while collaborating with the creative and business leads across Amazon.
• Manage external creative, research, and production agency partners.
• Develop a successful marketing strategy based on dynamic and ambitious business objectives across a wide range of categories.
• Manage and plan the portfolio of products and markets including cross-functional teams to successfully drive and deploy the P&L.
• Lead the MENA Events vision, strategy and plan with the goal of both attracting new customers and increasing purchasing frequency with existing customers.
• Manage the Deals & Events team (managing the pod team lead) and engage with key stakeholders across regional and country teams to develop integrated, cross-category event plans, that leverage all aspects of Amazons product and all communication channels to bring events to life for customers
• Build and manage a campaign and media management team; mentor and develop mass advertising team talent over time.
• Develop and deliver for the research roadmap to guide marketing and business decision.
• Develop the right investment strategy and execute with right planning and efficiency through Media buying.
