Job Description

Develop and lead all finance efforts for the Company
- Build out the accounting and finance team
- Work with the COO & CEO on investor relations
- Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems- Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Experience navigating challenges, growth, reporting, and forecasting for future-looks
- Strong people and presentation skills
- Overseeing the accounting and finance function
- Overseeing fiscal, payroll, compliance, and financing activities, including preparation of annual budgets, financial audits
