You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Leading digital marketing campaigns, consulting with Marketing and Communications teams to develop campaign materials, and then partnering with shared services and country organizations to roll them out
• Localizing global campaigns by facilitating content translation and webpage adaptations, development of campaign toolkits and work instructions, creating media plans, developing email automation, etc
• Establishing clear, measurable metrics for each campaign with SMART goals to demonstrate campaign ROI
• Reviewing global webpage content for optimization opportunities, from page content to structure to metadata, etc. in addition to helping conduct search engine optimization activities across our portfolio, working with global and country communications colleagues to recommend and implement SEO updates
• Analyzing campaign metrics to derive insights and optimize campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
• Working with agencies to assist with creative asset development and placement of 3rd party media
• Partnering with CRM managers globally to validate, assign and process MQLs that generate net new revenue.
• Performing keyword research as required, especially to help differentiate related landing pages from one another
• Developing advanced targeting criteria for assay and hematology target markets to use with advertising efforts
• Acting as a shepherd of the company's digital transformation, by developing, updating, and upholding internal processes and best practices
