- Handle and prioritize all incoming & outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages

- Coordinate all local & travel arrangements for chief executive & his family Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Assist in tracking all personal expenses related to the chief executive’s household
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily
- accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
