• Collaborate for measurable impact During your tenure as Learning Operations and Systems Manager, you will lead and manage the relationship with Global Learning Administrative Services (GLAS); lead and manage vendor relationships across DME and lead the review and update of learning tools, systems and methodologies . You will also be responsible for the following:
• Support the development and implementation of the learning and development procedures, processes, guidelines across Deloitte Middle East
• Manage the relationship with the Global Learning Administrative Services (GLAS) team and act as a liaison point for open dialogue on services, performance and identifying best practice
• Coordinate firm-wide vendor relationships for learning and development (e.g. long-term contracts for hotels, catering, digital learning solutions, training providers)
• Create and monitor budgetary estimates for the services outsourced
• Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs related to the performance of learning processes
• Monitor and report on the participation of DME in DUE courses
• Lead the review and update of tools and systems used in learning to ensure that they are aligned with the market best practices as well as the most recent global standards
• Participate in learning and development initiatives/ projects led by wider Deloitte regions (e.g. NSE)
• Manage the tasks/ activities, which originate from any initiatives/ projects led by wider Deloitte regions (e.g. data collection, reporting, DME level implementation, etc.)
