Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform effective management of Technology Support and assist the other Technology Functions to optimize delivery across all functional areas of DP World and meets business plans and goals.
• Contribute in the selection of appropriate Technology Solutions for the benefit of the business, both tangible and non-tangible benefits.
• Coordinate cross-solution efforts among solution teams.
• Manage Service level agreements with external and internal service providers and ensure their fulfilments in the best interest of the company.
• Communicate regularly with users and provide project status report on the Technology issues and resolutions.
• Review and rollout complete solution. Upon completion, train the users, ensure all goals are met and deliverables documented.
• Management of upto date contacts in Azure Active Directory and integration with HC Systems to fetch the records, Support O365 Email environment globally
• Provide first level of support to end-user, Manages user escalation. Attempt to resolve requests directly (e.g. over the phone or via remote management) for the user.
• Provide technical infrastructure support. Installation and configuration computer systems. Perform required OS administration (Windows 10, Android, IOS). Coordinate with backend teams for patches and upgrades.
• Liaise with hardware and software vendors.
• Respond to end user requests for technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to IT users and services
• Update and maintain project issues list, prioritize issues
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting networking, LAN Cabling, Mobile and IP Telephony issues
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned such as managing Wifi, IP Telephony, Corporate Application Support
