• Work with the extended e-Commerce Team (commercial and marketing) on the content needs across the animation plans and consumer journeys for both clients’ and owned websites, ratings & reviews, guides & services, and sampling campaigns, etc.
• Work to ensure a consistent and strong online expression of the ACD brands and the dermocosmetic category across all clients, and build convincing argumentation for proper client implementation
• Collect/analyze sell-out data.
• Shape and disseminate analysis and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity.
• Cross-reference data from pure players/e-retailers, market studies (internal and external) and marketing in order to have a comprehensive overall understanding of the business & the missed opportunities to help the business grow further.
• Master being the Key user for EDGE to monitor e-commerce site performance, consistently working with eKAMs and Brand Managers to ensure that PDPs are optimized, products are in-stock and brand visibility is still higher to secure excellent performance and integrity scores. In this regard, you will also be the go-to person for the corporate e-Commerce Director team for ACD brands.
• Lead the consumer journey analytics, gathering and reporting on performance KPIs and potentially developing A/B testing opportunities to ensure consistent evaluation and optimization of the consumer journey. Work with eKAMs, Brand Managers, and Digital Team on COOP, banners and other online content creation.
• Take initiative and suggest – and execute – relevant project for better online expression and correlating e-commerce performance.
