Technical Expert

Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for making architectural designs and improvements on DA’s Server/Storage platforms and Cloud Services and its supporting subsystems as per the DA standards and security requirements. Technical responsibilities include design, implement, test, solve complex technical issues, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• You will also provide technical solutions to internal projects and program management team and provides consultancy in this regard.
• You will operate the Operate the Server/Storage platform and Cloud Services and provide level 3&4 support on 24×7 basis, provide solutions to escalated incidents from Service Desk and execute the related change request activities.
• You will ensure Dubai Airports Server/Storage platforms and Cloud Services are designed and developed in compliance with Business Technology strategy to support the operational needs and business growth for all internal and external stakeholders
