Human Resources Director

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Directors leadership to identify key talent management priorities and develop an appropriate talent strategy
• Build strong relationships and manage employee relations
• Oversee the HR team and implement various programs and solutions
• Ensure best practices in recruitment, employee hiring and on-boarding, internal transfers and off-boarding
• Manage the full employee experience: lead the performance management program and support managers and staff performance
• Manage compensation program based on current market data
• Manage global mobility
• Remain up to date in employment laws across the region
• Create a collaborative environment where individuals can come together to contribute ideas and share views
• Leading global HR initiatives or providing backup when another team member is on leave
• Assist with developing budgets for the global talent function
• Streamline HR procedures for greater efficiency
