Tyre Technician

Responsibilities:
• Calibrate equipment periodically to ensure accuracy of results.
• Keep the used tyre’s/ rims in the designated location and report to the Manager to dispose them periodically as per company policy.
• To work extra hours in case the job needs to be completed to ensure customer satisfaction as per Team Leader’s requirement
• Collect job orders and to carry out all tyre related jobs using the specialized equipment
• Periodically upgrade software and the data in the alignment machine as and when new model vehicles arrive.
• Report to the Team leader of any delays in repairs due to unavailability of parts and equipments.
• Keep all personal tools safe. Any breakages or accidents must be reported to the Team Leader / Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure accurate fault diagnosis and effective utilization of time allocated for the repairs.
• Service personal tools, equipment, keep work area clean and comply with health and safety standards.
• Ensure efficiency and productivity is maintained above 100%.
