You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• This role will be serving as a member of the Corporate HR Team and reporting to the Group HR Manager.
• The main purpose of the Human Resources Administrator role is to be responsible for handling the day-to-day administration and operations of the human resources function for a large team of onsite support personnel and management team providing services for educational institutions across the UAE.
• You will work closely with the administration, immigration, and general operations staff as well as the management team.
• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit for problem resolution and facilitation in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and employee discipline; advises both employees and management regarding employee relations policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
• Builds a strong business relationship with employees
• Actively identify gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
• Applies all necessary Labour Laws, immigration and HR policies and procedures in accordance with business objectives
• Coach, coordinate and oversee the annual performance review procedure with managers and employees
• Coordinate new starter processes including inductions and general set up
• Coordinate exit interviews and general exit procedures
• Ensuring communication and administration of changes to terms and conditions
• Point of contact, along with the Team Administrator, for payroll queries and liaison with finance for resolution
• Liaise with departments including PRO, Finance, etc
• Support employees and managers with leave requests
