Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
• Lead and support on larger, more complex transactions that either involve a larger, sophisticated partner, multiple jurisdictions, or several business lines.
• Be approachable and collaborative when working with other business functions to provide legal advice.
