• Carry out annual performance appraisals for managers & ensure all colleagues in the Front of House departments are receiving their appraisal on time via their manager.
• Attends the daily handover briefings of each department and assists in the daily operation of each department, ensuring to always be a leading example showing excellent customer service skills & professionalism.
• Ensure each department is holding a mandatory monthly communication meeting.
• Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
• Additional tasks or projects given by the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
• Overlooks the weekly duty rosters of all departments, all managers and monthly attendance sheet, as well as annual vacation plan for Front of House colleagues.
• Be an ambassador of the Al Naseem Front of House team in all Jumeirah sponsored meetings & events (including internal Madinat Jumeirah meetings, functions).
