Job Description
Responsibilities:
• You’ll be responsible for supporting the overall DA Commercial strategy with a focus on reputation, customer service and revenue
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery and evaluation of agreed objectives and strategies
• You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across commercial activities that cover space, brand and non-aero, ensuring the enhancement of the customer experience and service levels
• You’ll monitor and report the progress of commercial services, including KPI’s corrective actions and improvement plans
